Psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for adults
Choosing counselling is a meaningful step toward understanding the challenges you face and discovering new ways to cope and grow. You may sometimes feel stuck in your own thoughts, weighed down by self-doubt, or caught in patterns that are hard to change. It’s also common to feel uncertain about the future, disconnected from others, or to question whether you’re where you want to be in life. In our work together, I provide a supportive, safe, and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. My approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), an evidence-based and collaborative method that helps identify unhelpful patterns and replace them with healthier, more effective strategies. I also draw on complementary approaches to ensure the support you receive is tailored to your unique needs and goals. My aim is to help you build confidence in your ability to navigate challenges, using practical strategies and self-compassion to create meaningful change and embrace new possibilities.
